Frequently asked questions

Yes — creating an account, building your profile and browsing every member near you is 100% free. Premium adds unlimited messaging, private photo galleries and the ability to see who liked you.
Members with the blue check passed our verification: a live selfie matched against their profile photos, plus an ID check for extra trust. Verification is free and takes about 2 minutes from your profile page.
Messaging is a Premium feature — it keeps spam out and means the people writing to you are serious. Upgrade from the ★ Premium button, cancel anytime.
Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period, and you won't be charged again. No calls, no dark patterns.
Every profile and conversation has a Report option. Reports are anonymous and reviewed by a human moderator, usually within a few hours. In an emergency, always contact your local authorities first.
From Settings → Account, choose “Delete my account”. Your profile disappears immediately and your data is erased within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do a little homework

Video chat before meeting. If their photos never match or the camera is always broken — red flag.

Trust your gut

Feeling pressured or uncomfortable? End the conversation and report the profile. We handle the rest.
